Currently My Jewel Vault is storing the jewellery specifications for items which have had a Q Report issued when the item of jewellery was purchased.

My Jewel Vault uses a protocol whereby your name and any personal details – such as your address – will never be stored online.

The second function of My Jewel Vault is that when it comes time to renew your insurance policy, should you choose to continue to protect your precious item, you will receive a renewal notice asking you if you wish to insure your item of jewellery for the following year. You will be notified when this due date is approaching by mail or email.
